The Hamilton Fountain and Plaza Restoration is Under Way!

You may have noticed the fencing and construction at Riverside Drive and 76th Street. With the support of neighborhood residents and the Parks Department, we are repairing the Hamilton Fountain, repaving the Plaza with hexagonal paving blocks, and planting 4 new Princeton Elms for increased shade.

In addition, the marble eagle atop the 102-year old Fountain will be restored to its original condition. We also will add improved seating in the Plaza.

We look forward to the completion of this beautiful restoration in the Park!
