The Hudson Warehouse presents, The Hudson Warehouse presents Cyrano de Bergerac by Edmond Rostand and adapted by Joe Hamel. Philosopher, metaphysician, rhymer, brawler, and musician. Lover…by substitution. In this exciting adaptation, the Hudson Warehouse brings to the stage the infamous swordfight on Ovid’s Bridge where Cyrano fights “a hundred men.” The text only refers to this fight off-stage, but here we get to see Cyrano as the master of the rapier, fighting off a mob of hoodlums. Beautifully costumed by Drew Rosene, musical interludes composed by Tom Demenkoff, the talented cast makes this theatre experience something the whole family can enjoy.
